Thank you for visiting and shopping at Snuggle & Go! The following terms and conditions constitute our official Shipping Policy.

1. Delivery Options & Timelines

We currently ship to addresses across South Africa. All orders are processed and handed over to our local courier partners within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and South African public holidays).

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 8 to 11 business days

Express Shipping: 5 to 8 business days

(Note: Delivery to remote or outlying main areas may occasionally experience slight delays due to courier schedules).

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the shipping method selected:

Standard Delivery 8 to 11 business days

Express Delivery 5 to 8 business days

3. Order Processing & Tracking

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email.

Tracking Details: As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your direct courier tracking number so you can monitor your parcel in real-time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Domestic Only: We currently only process and ship orders within the borders of South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

P.O. Boxes: Because our courier partners require a physical signature upon delivery, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a full residential or business street address during checkout.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or fails to deliver within the specified timeframe:

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

Contact our support team immediately at support@snugglego.co.za with your order number and photos of the damaged item (if applicable).

We will follow up with the courier and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
